Simplify work with integrated bots and apps
The ability to @mention everyone in a room to get their attention comes as standard or share urgent group messages and updates with room members quickly coms as standard in Symphony. However to @mention everyone in a room with more than 30 users you need connect to our @MentionBot.
- Add @MentionBot to a chat room and enter “@MentionBot /all” followed by a message.
- All members of the chat room receive a notification for an @mention
- Share urgent group messages and updates with room members quickly
