They were joined by CIC Market Solutions’ FX, IRD & Commodities Trader, Yann Belvisi, to discuss how he is using Cloud9 and Instant Voice today.

Symphony Account Management Senior Specialist, Maysa Baladi, and Symphony Business Development Senior Specialist, Chris Winberg, showcased the latest updates in compliance-enabled mobile messaging and voice such as onboarding contacts, native user experience, recording, and AI-powered summarization sent directly to Symphony chat. They were joined by Symphony’s Alexandre Adam and IG Market’s Luke Moore and Erin Boyle as they discussed their use of Whatsapp.

Adam Watson, BNY Mellon’s Director of Global Custody Product Management, and Symphony’s Global Head of Professional Services, Richard Ring, demoed BNY Mellon’s Self-Service bot which streamlines interfirm communication for quick settlement resolution in preparation of the T+1 regulation.
